A very good point has been brought up here, it has always been an ideology in Luzdel, we do not believe in over-time. We do have flexi-work hours, but we believe very strongly in giving time to the employees for their personal life after office. This definitely helps in releasing their frustrations and they can start fresh the next morning. This debate was also initiated by Mr. Narayan Murthy from Infosys some time back. He too, had the same point.

Rather than working for long hours, try to work efficiently. Now, efficiently here means working correctly and managing your work within time-frames. Time-management is the most essential component of any work profile, even more so in our case, i.e. Recruitement Industry. So, WORK HARD AND WORK SMART.
