Our Core Leadership Team consists of professionals who possess more than 6 years of industry-specific experience. Our rigorous selection process further churns out the cream. With the minimum educational qualification being a post graduation, we ensure that individuals with a sound academic record, who demonstrate high levels of Intelligent Quotient and Emotional Quotient are handpicked, keeping in view the high standards of excellence expected from them in our organization.

Irrespective of their discipline in graduation or post graduation, each new recruit undergoes a battery of aptitude, IQ, EQ, and quality assessment tests. Training programs are regularly conducted: both technical and non-technical training is conducted by training specialists. Process trainings are very strictly monitored and employee appraisal on such trainings is one parameter for efficiency and productivity.
